Dr. Smolkin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy in 1990 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1994 from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and a Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Southern California in 1997.
Since graduation Dr. Smolkin has practiced Endodontics in multiple locations in the Los Angeles/Orange County area.
